We’ve revamped the way Goals are categorized in the JOIN app to help you better align your training with your ambitions.

What’s It All About?

Now, Goals are divided into three clear categories: Build, Improve, and Peak.

Build Plans: These plans are all about boosting your fitness and laying a solid foundation for future achievements.

Improve Plans: Focus on specific aspects of your performance, like sprinting or climbing, to hone your skills.

Peak Plans: Achieve peak fitness and prepare for optimal performance in your key events.

 

We’ve also updated the descriptions for each Goal to give you a clearer understanding of what to expect and introduced a preview feature that shows how your training plan fits with your current schedule, along with your predicted Level.

 

How Does It Help?

Goal classification can help you in multiple ways. Let us explain:

Better Overview: Easily differentiate between Goals to find the one that best fits your needs.

Updated Descriptions: Clearer, more detailed descriptions help you choose the right Goal with confidence.

Training Plan Preview: See your potential progress and understand the weekly structure of your plan with your current availability.

Where Can You Find It?

You’ll see the new categorization when you view or change your Goal. To check it out:

  1. Tap the three dots on your Training plan page.
  2. Select “View/change your goal” to explore the new structure.
