2 sets of 2 & 1 min Vo2max 1 hour 45 minutes
Two sets of Vo2max intervals. First a set of 6 repetitions of 2 minute intervals with 1 minute of rest. After 20 minutes recovery a second set of 1 minute Vo2max intervals with only 30 seconds of rest. All in all a pretty tough workout for which you need to be well-rested.
