You do a relatively long warm-up before these 3 minute threshold intervals that start with 20-second sprint attacks. Like jumping to join a breakaway and then keep up with it. In between these intervals you take a 3-minute rest where you keep the pressure on the pedals. Do a total of 5 of these intervals.
