Your July just got a whole lot more exciting. The greatest race in cycling has become your training plan. From July 4 to July 26, the Tour de JOIN plan lets you ride your own Tour, with workouts inspired by the real race as it unfolds in France.
Stage by stage, your training follows the rhythm of the pros. Climbs, sprints, tempo days, time trials and mountain efforts are all translated into structured workouts you can complete yourself.

Ride your own Tour
Tour de JOIN is built around four workouts per week, each one inspired by the demands of that week’s racing. Sprint stages become explosive efforts. Mountain stages become big-gear climbing work. Time trials become controlled threshold pacing. Rolling attack days become tempo blocks with sharp surges.
Across the plan, you’ll train key cycling zones and abilities, including Threshold, Tempo, Strength, Endurance and VO2Max. Each workout comes in three duration options: short, medium and long. That means you can ride the same Tour-inspired session at a length that fits your fitness, your schedule and your day. The Tour has never felt closer.

How it works
To start the Tour de JOIN plan, open the JOIN app and tap the Explore tab in the bottom menu. From there, go to Cycling Goals, choose Essentials, then select Improve. You’ll find Tour de JOIN there.
Already have a training plan? You can switch to Tour de JOIN from your current plan. Go to the Plan tab, tap the three dots in the top right corner, then select View/change goal. Choose Change goal/event, go to Essentials, select Improve, and choose Tour de JOIN.
And there’s more: train with Tour de JOIN Plan and you’ll be automatically entered for a chance to win one of 12 special edition Tour de JOIN T-shirts. Winners will be announced on August 3rd.
