How JOIN works

JOIN sets you up with an adaptive and flexible training plan in 8 simple steps. Designed by World Tour-level cycling coaches, we provide you with a completely flexible and smart cycling training plan. Just download the app and start to improve your ride!

Step 1

Complete your profile

Let JOIN know who you are and whether you like to train using a power meter, a heart rate monitor or your intuition. Your profile will be used to create customized personal training plans.

Step 2

Set your training goal

Select a tailored made training plan or an event as your goal. You can also create your own custom cycling goal.

Step 3

Set your availability

Indicate your weekly availability so that the training plan fits into your busy life. You can change your availability every day and those changes will immediately be reflected in the training plan. JOIN is your 24/7 cycling training planner.

Step 4

Connect your accounts

Connect JOIN to Garmin, Strava or Wahoo and Zwift through our integration with Trainingpeaks so you can easily sync and export planned and completed workouts.

Step 5

Start your training plan

Start your training plan and get ready to improve! Creating the best possible workout on a daily basis for cyclists, mountain bikers, gravel riders and triathletes alike, of all levels (from beginner to professionals), is a revolutionary approach. It takes into account your availability and dynamically and immediately adjusts the program if for whatever reason you had to skip a planned training, or felt good and did a little more, etcetera.

Step 6

Provide your Feedback

Upload your training data automatically through Strava or add your workout manually. After every workout JOIN also wants to know how hard it felt.

Step 7

Follow your progress

JOIN shows in a dashboard how your fitness is developing and tells you after every workout how much progress you have made. It also shows your estimated eFTP and how  your level is compared to other JOIN cyclists.

Step 8

Invite your friends

Connect with your cycling friends, join cycling groups or create your own (private) cycling group to organize group rides. Group members can exchange information about their cycling training plans and routes and get all ride updates automatically.
