After a 10 minute warm up at a slow intensity the intensity is increased every minute by 25 watts. Try to keep the pedals going for as long as possible. 75% of the average over the last minute (or the highest 1 minute value) will give you your FTP. If you do this indoor in the erg-mode first set your FTP to 250 Watt. There is no cooling down included in this test, but don’t forget to take a recovery for at least 10 minutes on 50-60% of your FTP.
