Official Rules Tour de Friends 2024

1.1.     These terms and conditions apply to the Member Get Member Promotion “Tour de Friends” (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1.2.     The Promotion is organized by JOIN Sports B.V. (“JOIN”), H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 48, 1096 AH Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The Promotion is organized in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance 2014 (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen 2014). Dutch law is applicable on these terms and conditions.

1.3.     There is no entry fee required to enter the Promotion.

1.4.    The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central European Time (“CET”) on June 29, 2024 and ends at 6:00 p.m. CET on July 21, 2024. All invited friends (as explained below) must be logged by 11:59 p.m. CET on July 20, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”)

2.1.     The promotion is open to persons aged 18 years old. Employees of JOIN Sports and its affiliated companies and the immediate family members (spouse, children) and any person directly or indirectly involved in the development or administration of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate or win. Void in all countries embargoed by The Netherlands and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws and regulations apply.

2.2.     The registration period is open between 29 June and 21 July 2024

2.3.     Registrations received outside this time frame will be excluded from the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

3.1.     Entering this Promotion and a chance to win prizes starts the moment an invited friend signs up via the personal, unique link and starts his/her FREE JOIN trial. Participant is responsible for the correct use of his/ her personal, unique link.

3.2.    JOIN will randomly select twenty one (21) winners out of all participants who completed the form on https://join.cc/tdf and invited one or more friends via the procedure mentioned in 3.1. These winners will receive one of the prize packages as outlined in Article 4. Winners will be notified by email in the same week.

3.3.     JOIN will select four (4) winners out of all participants who invited one or more friends via the procedure mentioned in 3.1 and based on the highest total number of these referred friends at the moment of selection. These winners will receive one of the prize packages as outlined in Article 4. Winners will be notified by email in the same week.

3.4      If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days after being contacted by JOIN, the winner is deemed to have rejected the prize and shall no longer be eligible to receive the prize. JOIN shall be entitled to select a new winner.

3.5.     JOIN reserves the right to withhold one or more prizes if, in accordance with the conditions in paragraph 3, no winner can be appointed within one month after the end date of the promotion.

4.1.     The winners can win the following prizes:

Daily prizes (21x):  JOIN Cycling socks
Weekly prizes (3x): JOIN Cycling jersey
Overall winner: 1x Shokz OpenRun Pro headphones

4.2.     All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

4.3.     The prize winner shall be responsible for paying taxes, if any.

4.4      In order to enter a chance to win any of the prizes listed under paragraph 4.1, entrants must have at least invited one friend as described under paragraph 3.1. In order to enter the random prize draw for daily prizes, participants must enter the form on https://join.cc/tdf and accept to receive the JOIN.cc email newsletter, thereby accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy from JOIN. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any point thereafter.

5.1.     Any personal information that participants provide in connection with the Promotion shall be used by JOIN, to administer this Promotion/ Competition, contact participants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Privacy Policies located at https://join.cc/privacy-policy/. By entering this Promotion, you agree to and accept that Privacy Policy.

6.1.     JOIN does not accept any liability regarding any damages, of any kind, arising out or related to (participation in) the Promotion.

6.2.     In case of any situation of force majeure JOIN reserves the right to withhold the prizes. JOIN is not obliged to hand out an alternative prize.

6.3.     Unless the contexts otherwise demands, words importing any gender shall be interpreted to mean any or all genders.

6.4.     Contact details submitted by the participants in order to register for the Promotion will only be used in relation to the Promotion.
